Please join the CFSC for an enlightening evening on the Cape Fear River, with Mr. Roger Shew, (retired lecturer of Geology/Environmental Studies at UNCW). While cruising the river with Wilmington Water Tours, you'll have the chance to hear about the history and preservation of Eagles Island, as well as the potential for successful ecotourism on the island.

There will be a nominal small charge of $15.00 per person for you to enjoy a lovely water cruise, a lite fare of snacks/sandwiches and hear Mr. Roger Shew, an excellent speaker who is an expert on the subject.

Since we expect this to be a popular trip, it will be first come, first served, and both registration and payment will be required to secure your seat.
