Geoff Goss

BIO:
Geoff Goss is the Watershed Coordinator for the City of Wilmington Stormwater Services. There, he manages the Heal Our Waterways program. Geoff has worked in the environmental field for eight years, receiving his master’s degree in Environmental Management and Education from UNCW. Originally from Colorado, Geoff is an adopted Carolinian, living here since 2001. Previously a Park Ranger on the Blue Ridge Parkway in Asheville, his love of the ocean brought him back to the City of Wilmington where he is honored to have the opportunity to help restore balance to our sensitive tidal creeks. When he’s not waging the war on dog poop, he can be found kayaking with his wife Julie, cooking wild-foraged mushrooms, running to burn off calories from the aforementioned cooking, or drilling with his National Guard unit.
